What to expect when we replace your roof
- Tear off existing shingles and felt
- Install new shingles and upgraded synthetic felt
- Remove existing drip edge and install new pre-painted drip edge
- Remove existing valley metal and install ice and water shield
- Roofing nails used will be galvanized 1 ¼ in
- We use 6 nails per shingle for maximum wind resistance
- We will visually inspect al decking for damage, if any rotten wood is found we will replace it (up to 2 sheets for free, additional sheets are $40 per sheet)
- Remove and replace all hip and ridge shingles
- We will determine if your home/business has enough attic ventilation, If there is not enough, we will go over options with you
- Remove and replace all pipe jacks
- Reseal HVAC vent
- Caulk any exposed nail heads
- Prime and paint all roof accessories to match the roof
- We will perform a thorough job site cleanup
- We will us a magnetic roller to pick up any loose nails on property
- You will receive a 5-year labor warranty
- We will provide outstanding customer service from the beginning to the end and explain the entire process to you clearly
